Key Features

Data Validation

Extensive validation tools, including numeric range, dictionary code, downhole, stratigraphic and rule checking, ensure data integrity. Data modifications undergo interval consistency and validity checks before application.

Finite Element Method (FEM) Interpolator

The FEM interpolator employs bilinear equations for data interpolation within a grid, emphasising both smoothness and data fidelity. It utilises the least squares method to minimise errors, prioritising data accuracy. It considers both continuous and discontinuous components across faults in its calculations.

Reserves

The Reserves subsystem grants direct access to stratigraphic and quality models, as well as any MineScape surface. It calculates volumes and reserves for various mining scenarios, including dilution, losses, or both. These calculations are compatible with other MineScape Apps.

Kriging Validation

Conduct ordinary Kriging validation, with the flexibility to rotate the search ellipse at any angle and choose from standard, quadrant or octant search parameters.

Stratigraphic Rules (Schemas)

Built on user-defined “elemental stratigraphy”, enabling progressive definition and updating of complex stratigraphy, including seam splits and pinchouts, as deposit knowledge evolves.

Modelling Parameters

Offer a selection of interpolators and modelling parameters, including search radius, seam thickness parameters, catering to both gently and steeply dip stratigraphy.

Drill Holes

Store and display drill holes as graphical 3D objects, with the option to access them directly from MineScape GDB. An array of graphical and non-graphical functions facilitates drill hole data editing and manipulation. Drill holes can be either vertical or inclined, with a direct link to the GDB App provided.

Construction Efficient

Efficiently manage block storage customisation through a unique user-defined index. Sub-ceiling of models optimises storage, interrogation and processing of model files.
